This indicates the reason why most women tend to suffer from this condition mainly at night or towards the end of the day when their energy levels are at their lowest. Although quite uncomfortable these symptoms tend to last up to the 12th week and thus one can weather them easily knowing that it is only a temporary storm.
In order to effectively tackle the morning sickness symptoms and thus have a stress free and enjoyable pregnancy there are a few habits that one can adopt. These include the intake of large amounts of fluids especially water. One should also consider taking foods high in energy and cutting down on work to ensure that the rest well. Other tricks that can keep these symptoms in check include eating smaller portions of food more frequently thus ensuring that one is never stuffed. Avoiding strong smells such as cigarette smoke among others can also greatly alleviate the symptoms thus ensuring that one enjoys their pregnancy as much as possible.
